• Outdoor Booths Only for 2025, approximately 12 X 12. If you need additional space, please call Tim Ezell, 903-388-0421

• Participants are to supply their own generators for power, canopy, signage, table, chair, table covering, extension cords or other necessary equipment.  

• No tobacco, alcohol, explosives or item of any offensive nature may be sold or displayed. 

• Booths move out after sale on Friday, April 11 unless other arrangements are requested. There is not a scheduled Exhibitor/Buyer's Dinner for Friday night. 

• Onsite electricity is first-come, first-serve – contact Brenda Shaw (903-390-8313) for details.

Vendor Requests are not considered approved until payment is received!
